Rates:

 

Cal Pep is available to rent during the summer months for a minimum of 7 days. Please get in touch for availability.

The house will sleep up to 8 people, if the sofa bed on the top floor used.  

 

It is not recommended for people with mobility problems, or for small children, as there are a lot of stairs.

  • Free Wifi is available throughout the house

  • Internet streamed TV is connected to the television in the lounge and master bedroom

  • DVD player with a good selection of DVDs 

  • Sound bar 

  • Small tv in 1st floor sitting area

  • Radio/CD player is in the kitchen with a selection of CD

  • There is also selection of books and board games

  • The kitchen has 2 fridges, a freezer, coffee machine, microwave, electric mixers, bread machine and range cooker with grill, gas hob and three ovens.

  • The barbecue on terrace is equipped with cooking utensils, and paella pan.

  • There is a hairdryer

  • Washing machine, clothes line ironing board & iron are on the top floor

  • There are two bicycles available with helmets for guests to use, and a ping-pong table in the basement.

  • Maps of cycling paths and footpaths available at the house along with guide books etc.

Prices - based on occupancy of 6 people* 

             an additional charge of £100 per person is payable if the top floor is used as a bedroom.

Spring/Summer 

                   15th April to 30th September - £1100 per week 

                                    

                   A returnable deposit of £250.00 is required to cover damages. 

​

                   A one off charge of £90 per let is made to cover the provision of bedlinen                                and bathroom towels, preparation of house and end of stay cleaning.

​

                   A discount may be available for stays in excess of 14 nights.

In these uncertain times we realise it may not be possible to make a firm booking for your holiday.  We are, therefore, happy to take reservations with fully refundable deposits up to 10 days prior to the start of the holiday, or in the event of a sudden change in travel restrictions.
